Free Shipping

  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD

  • United States: Free shipping on orders over $150 USD

Orders below the threshold will see live-calculated rates at checkout.

Lettermail (Canada Only)

  • Available for eligible small items

  • No tracking included

🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping — How It Works

We ship U.S. orders using USPS, with cross-border forwarding through our partner in Montana.

Process:

  1. Your package ships from Canada to our Montana P.O. Box

  2. USPS receives it and completes the delivery

Estimated Delivery: 7–10 days, often faster.

⚠️ U.S. Customs Update

Due to recent U.S. tariff rule changes:

  • Some packages may experience minor customs delays

You will NOT pay any extra fees.
We fully cover all duties, tariffs, and import costs.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship to 190+ countries worldwide

  • Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout

Note: Import duties, VAT, and local taxes may apply in your country. These are the customer’s responsibility.

🚚 Order Processing

  • Orders ship daily

  • Main processing days: Tuesday & Friday

  • All items are cleaned, tested, and verified before shipping

🔍 Tracking Information

Tracking is included with most services.

No tracking on:

  • Canada Lettermail

  • Small Packet USA

  • Small Packet International

  • International Parcel (non-tracked options)

Please allow 24 hours after shipment for tracking updates.

Returns

  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping is not refundable
