Canada & USA Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping for all North American orders over $100If your order is under these amounts respectively, shipping options and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Lettermail shipping is also offered on select items. Lettermail shipments do not come with tracking within canada.

We primarily utilize USPS for shipping to the U.S. Our location is in Canada, and we have established a P.O. Box in Montana. To manage this process, we collaborate with a port forwarding company called DYK. We entrust them with the packages, and they transport them to the U.S. border. At that point, USPS takes over the delivery process. While the entire process can span up to 10 days, it often proves to be much quicker in practice.

We strive to dispatch orders on a daily basis, concentrating shipments mainly on Tuesdays and Fridays. Prior to sending out any order, we conduct thorough testing and verification to ensure a seamless experience for you.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to over 190 countries. All international shipping options and charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Video Game Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (excluding domestic lettermail, Small Packet USA, Small Packet International, International Parcel). Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of your estimated shipping arrival, please contact us at support@thevideogamecompany.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Warranty

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We also offer a 60 day warranty program on all items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
