Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are packed and shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is packed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second notification will be sent once your order has shipped.
Shipping Services
Canadian Orders
Canadian orders are typically shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping options and charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
USA Orders
Orders shipping to the United States are sent through USPS. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
International Orders
We ship to over 190 countries worldwide. International orders are typically shipped via DHL, UPS, or Canada Post. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Domestic & USA Orders
Free Shipping:
$100 USD for both Canada and the USA.
For orders under $100 USD, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Lettermail Shipping: Available for select Canadian items. Lettermail does not include tracking.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number (excluding domestic lettermail, Small Packet USA, Small Packet International, and International Parcel). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If you do not receive your order within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@thevideogamecompany.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
Refunds, Returns, and Warranty
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. A full refund will be issued minus return shipping costs. Additionally, all items include a 60-day warranty program for any defects or issues.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@thevideogamecompany.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We handle these on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
