Return & Refund Policy

 

      We aim to make your return experience hassle-free. If you wish to return your order, please note the following guidelines:
      • Eligibility: All orders can be returned for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the initial purchase, excluding shipping costs unless there's a glaring error on our part.
      Exceptions:
      • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
      • Returned items must be in their original packaging and show no visible signs of wear or use.
      Warranty Policy:
      • Our products come with a 60-day free warranty. If your item is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or malfunctions within 60 days of purchase, you're entitled to a full refund.
      Initiating a Return or Warranty Claim:
      • Contact us via email at help@thevideogamecompany.com or through our chat center, providing your full name and order number.
      • We'll respond within 48 hours and, upon approval, send you a pre-paid return shipping label. If you're outside Canada, you'll need to arrange your own shipping.
      • Return the items using the provided label or your own shipping method.
      Additional Terms:
      • Shipping labels are not provided to customers in cases of product compatibility negligence.
      • In the case of returns with no fault on our end, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
