Returns, Refunds, & Warranty.

We aim to make your return experience hassle-free. If you wish to return your order, please note the following guidelines:

• Eligibility: All orders can be returned for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the initial purchase, excluding shipping costs unless there's a glaring error on our part.

• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returned items must be in their original packaging and show no visible signs of wear or use.

• Our products come with a 60-day free warranty. If your item is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or malfunctions within 60 days of purchase, you're entitled to a full refund.

• Contact us via email at help@thevideogamecompany.com or through our chat center, providing your full name and order number.

• We'll respond within 48 hours and, upon approval, send you a pre-paid return shipping label. If you're outside Canada, you'll need to arrange your own shipping.

• Return the items using the provided label or your own shipping method.

• Shipping labels are not provided to customers in cases of product compatibility negligence.

• In the case of returns with no fault on our end, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

Trade-In Terms:

• All items must match the described condition. We reserve the right to return any items that are not as advertised. Return shipping will be at the sender’s expense.

• Please take clear photos of the serial numbers on all consoles before shipping. This helps protect both parties in case of shipping damage or disputes.

• We reserve the right to reject or not pay for any items that arrive damaged, non-functional, or beyond repair.
